Help Please i can't connect to the game

i have WoW 3.2.2a i have set my realmlist to projectwarlords.no-ip.biz, and i still can't connect what is the matter?

Yes i do have WTLK and i did register an account

nvm i've found the error, i put a TO in the realmlist... thx btw
